Service Description
A relaxed full-day pre-wedding photoshoot designed to capture your story across Tokyo’s diverse cityscape. Locations are selected according to the season, available light and the natural flow of the day, creating a refined balance between contemporary city elegance and subtle Japanese aesthetics. WHAT’S INCLUDED • Up to 8 hours of photography coverage • Professional hair & makeup for the bride • Styling coordination for the bride and groom • Two selected bridal styling looks • Bouquet, veil and accessory styling • Private transportation throughout the shoot • Photography at scenic locations in the selected area Locations and timing are arranged according to seasonal scenery, accessibility, weather and lighting conditions. CHOOSE YOUR STYLING PLAN WEDDING DRESS ×2 Two wedding dress looks for the bride, paired with a coordinated formal suit for the groom. WEDDING DRESS + KIMONO One wedding dress and one kimono for the bride, paired with a formal suit and traditional montsuki for the groom. WEDDING DRESS + TRADITIONAL WEDDING KIMONO One wedding dress together with Shiromuku and Iro-uchikake for the bride, paired with a formal suit and traditional montsuki for the groom. WHAT TO PREPARE GROOM Heart Art provides a complete groom set including a suit, dress shirt, bow tie and black leather shoes. Please bring your own socks. Available styles and sizes can be viewed in our Collection. As fit cannot be guaranteed, we recommend bringing your own suit whenever possible. BRIDE • NuBra or strapless innerwear • High heels, if preferred • Comfortable flat shoes for walking Heels are recommended when the height difference between the couple exceeds 15 cm. PHOTO DELIVERY • 300+ original photos delivered within 2 days • Select 30 images for professional retouching • Retouched photos delivered within 7 days after image selection • Behind-the-scenes video, when added, delivered within 7 days after the retouched photos are completed All files are delivered via Google Drive.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT • A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. • Except in the severe-weather or natural-disaster circumstances described below, the deposit and all payments made are non-refundable. • The remaining balance, including confirmed add-ons, must be paid on the scheduled service date. CANCELLATIONS • Cancellations are not accepted after the booking is confirmed. • Except in the severe-weather or natural-disaster circumstances described below, the deposit and all paid amounts will not be refunded. • No-shows are not eligible for a refund. RESCHEDULING • Please contact us at least 3 days before the scheduled service date. • Every client-requested rescheduling is subject to a ¥15,000 rescheduling fee. • Requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled service date cannot be accepted. • The new date is subject to the availability of the assigned team, transportation and location. SEVERE WEATHER & NATURAL DISASTERS • If severe weather, an earthquake, a typhoon or another natural disaster makes the service unsafe or impossible, one rescheduling may be arranged without a rescheduling fee. • If both parties are unable to arrange a new service date, the deposit will be refunded. • Ordinary rain does not qualify for an automatic complimentary reschedule. The team will adjust the route and photography plan according to the conditions whenever it is safe to proceed. • Any safety decision will be made after consultation with the client and based on transport conditions and official information. ON THE SCHEDULED DAY • Late arrival does not extend the scheduled finishing time. • Additional service time depends on team availability. ADDITIONAL FEES • Permits, special-location fees and other pre-approved expenses may be charged separately. • If a wedding dress or kimono is excessively soiled or damaged beyond normal use, a ¥20,000 cleaning fee may apply. • All additional fees will always be confirmed in advance.
