Enjoy a private studio photo session designed for families, couples and meaningful celebrations. SUITABLE FOR • Couples and anniversaries • Families, newborns, babies and children • Maternity and personal portraits • Birthday and celebration portraits • Omiyamairi, Shichi-Go-San and Coming-of-Age ceremonies • Furisode and kimono portraits • Bridal and wedding portraits SESSION PRICE • 1 hour — ¥50,000 • Each additional 30 minutes — ¥10,000 STUDIO FEE • Heart Art Kyoto Studio — ¥0 • Other rental studios — quoted separately OPTIONAL SERVICES STYLING SERVICES • Hair & Makeup — ¥15,000 per person • Women’s Furisode or Homongi Dressing — ¥15,000 per person • Men’s Kimono Dressing — ¥5,000 per person • Children’s Kimono Dressing — ¥5,000 per child KIMONO RENTAL • Women’s Furisode Rental — ¥30,000 per person • Women’s Homongi Rental — ¥20,000 per person • Men’s Montsuki Hakama Rental — ¥20,000 per person • Men’s Kimono Rental — ¥15,000 per person • Children’s Kimono Rental — ¥15,000 per child HOW IT WORKS 1. Select the styling and kimono services you require when making your booking. 2. Choose the quantity for each service according to the number of participants. 3. After booking, we will contact you to confirm each participant’s age, gender, measurements, preferred kimono style and styling requirements. 4. Before the shoot, we will check kimono availability, sizes and designs from our collection. 5. The remaining balance, including all confirmed add-ons, must be paid before the photoshoot. SESSION DETAILS External studio rental fees, special equipment or additional preparation may incur separate charges. We will always confirm these costs in advance. After booking, we will contact you to confirm the number of participants, children’s ages, outfits, styling requirements and studio setup. PHOTO DELIVERY • 150+ original photos delivered within 2 days after the shoot • Select 15 photos for professional retouching • Retouched photos delivered within 7 days after your selection • If a behind-the-scenes video is added, the edited video will be delivered within 7 days after the retouched photos are completed • All files are delivered via Google Drive
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT • A fixed ¥15,000 deposit is required to secure the booking. • The deposit is non-refundable after the booking is confirmed. • The remaining balance, including confirmed add-ons, must be paid before the photo session. CANCELLATION • Cancellations are not accepted after the booking is confirmed. • The ¥15,000 deposit and any other amount already paid are non-refundable. • If you can no longer attend, please contact us to discuss whether rescheduling is possible. • Failure to attend the session is treated as a no-show and does not qualify for a refund. RESCHEDULING • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the session. • Every rescheduling request requires a ¥15,000 rescheduling fee. • Rescheduling is subject to photographer and location availability. • Requests made less than 3 days before the session cannot be accepted. NATURAL DISASTERS • If a natural disaster, such as an earthquake or typhoon, makes the session unsafe or impossible to conduct, one complimentary reschedule is available. • Ordinary rain is not considered a natural disaster and does not automatically qualify for a complimentary reschedule. • Any safety-related decision will be discussed with the client before the session. ON THE DAY • Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session time. • Additional shooting time is subject to photographer availability. ADDITIONAL FEES • Transportation, permits, special locations and other approved additional costs are charged separately. • Any additional fees will always be confirmed in advance.
