Ideal for couples who wish to honor Japanese tradition while preserving their ceremony in a timeless visual record. ⸻ What’s Included • Wedding photography coverage focused on the Shinto ceremony • Professional hair & makeup service • Traditional Japanese wedding kimono for the bride (Shiromuku and Iro-uchikake — both will be worn) • Traditional formal kimono for the groom (montsuki) • Ceremony rehearsal and Shinto wedding ceremony coverage • Outdoor photoshoot within the shrine grounds The schedule is carefully coordinated with the shrine to ensure a smooth and respectful ceremony experience. ⸻ Ceremony Packages Half Day Ceremony (4–5 hours) A focused Shinto wedding ceremony experience centered on the sacred ritual itself, including preparation, rehearsal, and shrine photography. During the ceremony, the bride will wear both Shiromuku and Iro-uchikake, creating a complete and authentic record of traditional Japanese wedding attire. Ideal for couples seeking a refined and meaningful ceremony documentation. ⸻ Full Day Ceremony An extended experience combining the Shinto wedding ceremony with additional portrait time. In addition to full ceremony coverage, this package includes a western wedding dress photoshoot at a separate location with a hairstyle change, offering a balanced narrative of tradition and celebration within one day. ⸻ Photo & Video Delivery • All original photos delivered via Google Drive • 30 images selected for professional retouching • Final edited photos delivered within 7 days after selection ⸻ Optional Add-on • Behind-the-Scenes Video (BTS) — ¥30,000 ⸻ Locations Available in selected locations, including Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hokkaido. Ceremony availability is subject to shrine approval and local customs. ⸻ Important Notes • Shinto ceremonies follow shrine traditions and schedules • Availability is subject to shrine approval • Respect for sacred spaces and cultural customs is always prioritized
Cancellation Policy
• 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking • Remaining balance due on shooting day • Booking confirmed after deposit payment ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling • Deposit is non-refundable under normal circumstances • Date changes not guaranteed and subject to availability Reschedule requests: • Must be made at least 3 days before the shoot • ¥15,000 rescheduling fee ⸻ Weather Policy If severe weather or natural disasters make the shoot unsafe: • One free reschedule offered • If rescheduling is not possible → deposit refunded ⸻ Photo Data Policy • Photo files stored for 3 months • Clients responsible for download & backup • Data not guaranteed after storage period ⸻ Special Conditions • Pregnancy: participation at own risk • Dress cleaning (if required): ¥20,000 per piece
