A discreet one-hour proposal photography session designed around your chosen location, preferred proposal style and the surprise you want to create. PROPOSAL STYLES 1. Photographer Waiting at a Distance We confirm the exact location, time, meeting method, proposal position and a simple signal in advance. The photographer waits discreetly with a telephoto lens and captures the proposal when you reach the planned position. 2. Ask the Photographer to Take a Photo The photographer waits nearby. You approach as if asking a passerby to take a phone photo. Once you are both in position, you propose while the photographer records the moment professionally. After either proposal style, we meet and use the remaining session time for relaxed couple portraits. OPTIONAL SERVICE Behind-the-Scenes Video (BTS) — ¥30,000 PHOTO DELIVERY • 150+ original photos delivered within 2 days after the session • Select 15 images for professional retouching • Edited photos delivered within 7 days after image selection • If a Behind-the-Scenes Video (BTS) is added, the edited video will be delivered within 7 days after the edited photos are completed • All files are delivered via Google Drive IMPORTANT NOTES • This service covers photography and proposal-flow coordination only. • Flowers, decorations, proposal props, event planning, restaurant bookings and venue reservations are not included. • Rings, bouquets and personal items must be prepared by the client and shared with us in advance. • Locations requiring permission, admission fees or special arrangements may incur additional costs. • Mount Fuji visibility depends on natural cloud and weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. • All locations and additional costs are confirmed before the booking is finalized. AFTER BOOKING We will contact you privately to confirm whether the proposal is a complete surprise, your preferred scenery, exact timing, meeting method, partner's outfit and the details needed to keep the plan discreet.
