A discreet proposal photography experience planned around your location, timing and surprise. We coordinate the essential details, capture the proposal naturally, then use the remaining time for relaxed couple portraits. CHOOSE YOUR PROPOSAL STYLE 1. Photographer Waiting at a Distance The photographer waits discreetly with a telephoto lens and captures the moment at the agreed position. 2. Ask the Photographer to Take a Photo Approach as if asking a passerby for a phone photo. Once you are in position, propose while the moment is photographed professionally. WHAT'S INCLUDED • Professional proposal photography • Location recommendations and simple route planning • Meeting-point and proposal-flow coordination • 1 hour of photography • Couple portraits after the proposal • 15 professionally retouched images • Remaining original photos LOCATION & PRICE • Tokyo / Kamakura / Yokohama — ¥50,000 • Kyoto — ¥50,000 • Mount Fuji — ¥80,000 • Sapporo / Otaru — ¥80,000 • Other City — Custom quote HOW IT WORKS 1. Share your preferred date, area, scenery and proposal style. 2. We confirm the location, timing, meeting method, proposal position and a discreet signal. 3. After booking, we contact you privately to finalize the plan. PHOTO DELIVERY • 150+ original photos delivered within 2 days • Select 15 images for professional retouching • Retouched images delivered within 7 days after selection • All files delivered via Google Drive OPTIONAL SERVICE • Behind-the-Scenes Video (BTS) — ¥30,000 IMPORTANT NOTES • Photography and proposal-flow coordination only • Flowers, decorations, props, event planning, restaurant bookings and venue reservations are not included • Rings, bouquets and personal items must be prepared by the client • Permits, admission fees, transportation and special arrangements may incur additional costs • Mount Fuji visibility depends on weather and cannot be guaranteed • All additional costs are confirmed before booking
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT • A fixed ¥15,000 deposit is required to secure the booking. • The deposit is non-refundable after the booking is confirmed. • The remaining balance will be paid on the day of shooting. CANCELLATION • Cancellations are not accepted after the booking is confirmed. • The ¥15,000 deposit and any other amount already paid are non-refundable. • If you can no longer attend, please contact us to discuss whether rescheduling is possible. • Failure to attend the session is treated as a no-show and does not qualify for a refund. RESCHEDULING • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the session. • Every rescheduling request requires a ¥15,000 rescheduling fee. • Rescheduling is subject to photographer and location availability. • Requests made less than 3 days before the session cannot be accepted. NATURAL DISASTERS • If a natural disaster, such as an earthquake or typhoon, makes the session unsafe or impossible to conduct, one complimentary reschedule is available. • Ordinary rain is not considered a natural disaster and does not automatically qualify for a complimentary reschedule. • Any safety-related decision will be discussed with the client before the session. ON THE DAY • Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session time. • Additional shooting time is subject to photographer availability. ADDITIONAL FEES • Transportation, permits, special locations and other approved additional costs are charged separately. • Any additional fees will always be confirmed in advance.
