On-Location Hair & Kimono Styling Professional on-location hair, makeup, and kimono styling services for weddings, ceremonies, and formal occasions in Japan. Available for bridal events, Shinto ceremonies, family celebrations, coming-of-age ceremonies, and graduation events. Each service is carefully coordinated to match the schedule, setting, and formality of the occasion. ⸻ Pricing Hair & Makeup / Kimono Dressing • Bridal Hair & Makeup — ¥35,000 • Kimono Dressing (Bride) — ¥20,000 / outfit (Shiromuku / Iro-uchikake / Furisode / Houmongi) • Kimono Dressing (Groom – Montsuki) — ¥15,000 ⸻ Kimono & Dress Rental (Formal Use) • Wedding Kimono – Shiromuku — ¥60,000 • Wedding Kimono – Iro-uchikake — ¥60,000 • Furisode / Houmongi Rental — ¥30,000 • Groom Montsuki Rental — ¥20,000 • Wedding Dress Rental — ¥30,000 ⸻ Styling Add-ons • Second kimono outfit — +¥30,000 • Hairstyle change — +¥10,000 • Extended support — +¥10,000 / 30 min ⸻ On-Location Service Fee • Tokyo area — ¥10,000 • Kamakura / Yokohama / Kawagoe — ¥15,000 • Kyoto / Nara / Mount Fuji — ¥20,000 • Hokkaido — ¥25,000 ⸻ For Photographers & Studios Styling and rental services are available for photographer-led sessions. This service includes hair, makeup, kimono dressing, and rental support only. Photography services are not included. ⸻ Notes • Advance reservation is required • Intended for formal and ceremonial use only • Rental duration is time-based, starting from fitting • Cleaning is included under normal use • Damage, heavy stains, or loss may incur additional charges
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy • Advance reservation is required for all services • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking • The remaining balance is due on the service day • Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received ⸻ Cancellation & Date Change Policy • The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed • Date changes may be accepted if requested at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability • An additional rescheduling fee of ¥15,000 applies if a date change is approved • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged at 100% of the total fee ⸻ Rental & Service Notes • All kimono and dress rentals are intended for formal and ceremonial use only • Rental duration is time-based, starting from fitting to return • Cleaning is included under normal use • Damage, heavy stains, or loss may incur additional charges • For outdoor or long-hour usage, clients are responsible for proper handling ⸻ For External Photographers & Studios • Styling and rental services are available for photographer-led sessions • Services include hair, makeup, kimono dressing, and rentals only • Photography services are not included • Advance coordination is required for smooth scheduling ⸻ Special Conditions • For pregnant clients: booking implies acceptance of all associated risks • If special cleaning is required, an additional ¥20,000 per piece may apply
