Full-Day Pre-Wedding Photoshoot in Your Chosen City A relaxed, full-day prewedding photoshoot experience tailored to your chosen location in Japan. Shooting locations are selected based on your preferences, seasonal conditions, and the overall shooting flow, allowing for a personalized and flexible prewedding experience beyond standard destinations. ⸻ What’s Included • Full-day photography coverage (up to 8 hours) • Professional hair & makeup service for the bride • Styling coordination for both bride and groom • Two complete styling sets based on the selected experience • Accessories & bouquet styling • Private car transportation throughout the shoot • Outdoor photoshoot at selected scenic locations within Japan area Locations are carefully selected based on the season, lighting conditions, and the shooting schedule to ensure the best visual results. ⸻ Experience Differences • Wedding Dress ×2 A classic and elegant prewedding photoshoot featuring two wedding dress looks for the bride, paired with a coordinated formal suit style for the groom. • Wedding Dress + Kimono A balanced experience combining modern bridal elegance with traditional Japanese styling — featuring one wedding dress look and one kimono look, with kimono styling for both bride and groom, including montsuki for the groom. • Dress + Wedding Kimono A full traditional wedding experience showcasing formal Japanese wedding attire — with the bride wearing both Shiromuku and Iro-uchikake, and the groom dressed in traditional montsuki. This option offers the most ceremonial and culturally rich experience. ⸻ Photo & Video Delivery Photo Delivery • All original photos (300+ images) will be delivered within 2 days after the photoshoot via Google Drive • Clients may select 30 images for professional retouching • Final edited photos will be delivered within 7 days after photo selection Behind-the-Scenes Video (Optional Add-on) • If a BTS video is included, the final edited video will be delivered within 7 days after the edited photos are completed

Booking & Payment Policy • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the shooting date. • The remaining balance is due on the shooting day. • The booking is confirmed only after the deposit payment is completed. ⸻ Cancellation & Date Change Policy • The deposit is non-refundable under all normal circumstances. • Date changes are not allowed by default. • A date change request may be accepted only if notified at least 3 days before the shooting date, subject to availability. • An additional rescheduling fee of ¥15,000 will apply if a date change is approved. • Please note that availability is not guaranteed, and we may not be able to accommodate the new date. ⸻ Weather & Force Majeure Policy • In the event of severe weather or natural disasters (such as earthquakes or typhoons) that make the photoshoot unsafe or impossible: – One free reschedule will be offered, subject to mutual availability. – If neither party is able to reschedule, the full deposit will be refunded. ⸻ Photo Data & Editing Policy • All original photos will be stored for up to 3 months after the shooting date. • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files within this period. • After 3 months, the studio is not responsible for any data loss. ⸻ Special Conditions • For pregnant clients: By proceeding with the booking, clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the photoshoot. • For clients during their menstrual cycle: Please inform us in advance. – If special cleaning of dresses is required, an additional fee of ¥20,000 per piece will be charged.
